The Loaded Potato

A family discussion provided the initial spark for the idea for the Loaded Potato and after the Equitable Entrepreneurship program it is developing into a viable business concept. Through the Loaded Potato, Keelee Baker hopes to bring a unique spin on potatoes, with everything from baked potatoes to french fries loaded with toppings. The Idea Foundry team helped Keelee decide on a food truck for her business and has also presented information on menu design, marketing and financial literacy tools. Keelee hopes to start with the food truck and in the long term convert to a brick-and-mortar restaurant.
