Chocolati

The idea for a dessert lounge came from the desire to create a trendy spot in Pittsburgh where locals and visitors could go after dinner as an alternative to bars and clubs. From this, Christina Giles developed Chocolati, and with the help of the Idea Foundry team was able to further elaborate the concept through market research and surveys to understand her potential customers’ interests and trends. During the program, Idea Foundry also helped Christina choose the best location for her business. Chocolati - a 2,500 square foot dessert lounge is set to open in late Summer of 2019.
