With Idea Foundry's 3rd Equitable Entrepreneurship cohort wrapping up, here is a highlight of the companies we've been working with.

Grind Mode - Grind Mode Management LLC is a comprehensive music and entertainment business collective that assists independent recording artists with their music business management, distribution, marketing and promotion. During the EE program, Idea Foundry assisted Grind Mode's founder, Dion Dupree in structuring their marketing presence and aligning their business and financial strategy.

K-Theatre - K-Theatre Dance Complex is a performing arts school which focuses on dance technique, terminology, theory and drama for children from ages 3-17. They focus on building strong mental and physical foundations for students of all backgrounds which will not only help them to excel in performances, but also teaches them the discipline which is needed in any path they choose. 

The Loaded Potato - The Loaded Potato will offer, as you can probably guess, potatoes loaded with your favorite savory toppings. Through the EE program Keelee decided to begin pursuing a food truck with which she hopes to deliver her tasty potato products to the Pittsburgh area.

Pisko Peruvian Gourmet - Pisko Peruvian Gourmet's head chef, Doris, is a native of Peru who strives to bring the authentic flavors that were passed down in her family to the Pisko's catering customers. We worked with the Pisko team to help them target their marketing efforts and further their business development.

Post 9 - Post 9 is a concierge service, personalized support, and monthly subscription box of recovery, self-care and wellness items for mothers post-pregnancy. The co-founders got the idea after they realized that there were many services for pregnant women, but their seemed to be a gap for the new mothers after pregnancy. The Post 9 team worked with Idea Foundry to understand how to formally launch their business and develop strategy to help it grow.

RLJ Designs - RLJ Designs custom apparel, drink ware, and accessories, and provides advertising, logo, branding, labeling, and signage services to small and medium size businesses. The business is currently in the startup stage and looking to grow through strategic marketing and communication.

Billy's Beauty and Barber School (BBBS) - BBBS provides personal care services along with beauty and barbering education services. Founder Sakinah Davis has been in the beauty and personal car service for 8 years and is looking to expand the educational aspect of her business to support others in her unique style.
