1. Do I meet the Basic Criteria for application for a Transformation Fellowship?

Applicants should either reside in or be prepared to reside in Pennsylvania and must be committed to continue working there on conclusion of the Fellowship.

Applicants must have the intent that any new company formed will be based in Pennsylvania.

Applicants must be willing to commit to working within the guidelines of the Program for a period of up to one year.

When you're ready to apply, download the Application Form (Word).

Complete the provided form.

Submit an electronic copy of your application to mbguzzetta@ideafoundry.org prior to the deadline.

Print and sign your completed form and deliver or mail a paper copy of your application to the Program Director at the Idea Foundry office, 4551 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
5. Then what?

You will be informed of your status via email at the conclusion of each of the evaluation rounds.
Applicants who have successfully passed the first three evaluation rounds will be called for a fourth round interview approximately six to eight weeks after the entry deadline. Please notify the Program Director in writing if a material change in the your circumstances occurs regarding submission of the application. Applicants are asked to inform Idea Foundry as soon as possible of any change of contact information.
