Our Business Transformation Program facilitates business development and enhances the success of existing businesses, providing funding up to $200,000 for each business in the program. Idea Foundry receives convertible debt in each business for the actual amount of funding and an amount ascribed to the business development services. The services component can be up to $150,000. These convertible debt instruments have market terms and reflect regional economic development organizations' conditions.
Through Idea Foundry's proven methodology, the Tech Mentor™ Process, young companies are mentored for up to a year through a process that develops and builds five critical business components:
