The Business Transformation Program facilitates business development and enhances the success of existing businesses.
Process
Through Idea Foundry Business Transformation Program, companies are mentored for up to a year through a process that develops and builds five critical business components:
- Market Analysis
- Product Management
- IP/IT Strategy
- Management Team Development
- Financial Planning
Our process employs an iterative methodology that considers all five critical business components at increasing levels of granularity, producing a company with a strong strategy, funding, and the critical elements for success in place.
We believe that the existing funding gaps are modest compared to the potential employment growth and the stability of that employment.
Companies served by this program are defined by these characteristics:

Terms
Our Business Transformation Program facilitates business development and enhances the success of existing businesses. Idea Foundry receives convertible debt in each business for the actual amount of funding and an amount ascribed to the business development services. These convertible debt instruments have market terms.
